ROLLER BARREL UNIT
Manufactured from seamless mild steel tube, size and gauge to suit door height
and width. Fitted with precision machined bearing housings.

SHUTTER CURTAIN
Constructed from 75mm wide curved section, interlocking galvanised steel laths. Finished with a galvanised 'T' bottom rail.

SIDE GUIDES
Constructed from 3mmx63mm steel guide channel bolted to 75mmx50mmx5mm galvanised steel angles.

END PLATES
Fabricated from mild steel plates. Size and gauge dependant upon door size.

ELECTRIC OPERATION - 415volt and 3 phase
Direct drive operator complete with integral safety gear, gear driven limit, switches, emergency hand chain mechanism and three push button starter unit. Single phase power operation available dependant on size.

ELECTRIC OPERATION - 240V TUBULAR MOTOR
Single phase tube motor with integral limits available with or without manual override.

Twin skinned interlocking lath section incorporating 3 ribs for extra strength. Optional finishes; plastisol and polyester power coating. All curtains contain C.F.C free polystrene foam insulation.

SIDE GUIDES
Cold rolled formed 90mm steel guide channel manufactued from bright spangled galvanised steel and bolted onto 100x50x6mm R.S.A.

END PLATES
Fabricated from mild steel plates. Size and gauge dependant upon door size.

DRAUGHT AND WEATHER SEALING

Threshold: The bottom lath is fitted with a galvanised steel carrier complete with a compressible rubber seal.

Guides: Internal and external faces are fitted with a P.V.C. brush seal carrier with twin brush seals.

Head Seals: Nylon brush seal fitted with aluminium extruded carrier.

ROLLER BARREL UNIT
Constructed from mild steel tube with Helically wound counter balance springs mounted on mild steel bright shafts, with mild steel bearing blocks at each end incorporating high speed bearings. Tube and shaft size are dependent upon shutter size.

SHUTTER CURTAIN
Constructed from 75mm wide curved interlocking galvanized steel lath with steel endlocks and galvanized T section bottom rail.

OPERATION
Operation is one of the following… Spring Assisted, Hand-Chain or Electric Motor. Connected to a fuseable link.

ELECTRICAL OPERATION
By means of ½ - 2 H.P geared motor complete with rotary limits and emergency hand mechanism. 3 push button control as standard.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
240 Volt 1 phase or 415 Volt phase.

SIDE GUIDES
Constructed from 3mm x 63mm galvanized channel for both drop bar and curtain. Bolted to a continuous 75mmx50mm mild steel angle.

COIL CASING
To suite end plate dependent upon size from galvanized 0.9mm sheet. Slotted for expansion to suit M10 fixings.

FINISH OPTIONS
As standard galvanized curtains, side guides and coil casing, with black painted angles and end plates. However to compliment the aesthetics of buildings, this product can be powder coated to any BS or Ral colour.
